`Script Info` lead to `/script/{script_hash}/type` instead of `script/{code_hash}/type` if the `code_hash` is `type_id` #751

  1. The code hash 0x00000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000545950455f4944 can be marked as type id
  2. the type script points to a contract/script, so the link could be /script/{script_hash}/type(https://pudge.explorer.nervos.org/script/0x0b1f412fbae26853ff7d082d422c2bdd9e2ff94ee8aaec11240a5b34cc6e890f/type) instead of a link to type id script page(https://pudge.explorer.nervos.org/script/0x00000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000545950455f4944/type)
