Snipcart Button for Servers

User Story

As a user, so I can have my own awesome Magikcraft Server, and give money to Magikcraft, I want to read/watch vid about having my own Magikcraft Server, and purchase a Subscription to a Server Management Console, including requesting my own subdomain, from the https://play.magikcraft.io/servers page of the play app

Feature Description

• Add "Buy a Server" panel to the Server List page. Contains info about buying a server, and a "Buy Now" Snipcart subscription button. https://docs.snipcart.com/configuration/recurring-and-subscription-plans-definition.
• Add a basic form collecting requested sub domain (defaults to minecraftUsername) and optionally some info about why the user wants the server.
• Add ability for Admins to Create new servers and add users to servers.
• Everything else is Wizard of Oz

Acceptance Criteria / User Acceptance Test Plan

I can learn about and buy a Server Console Subscription from the Servers page via a Snipcart Subscription button.
