How to make the file work/run

I have downloaded the file but I dont know how to run/make the file work.

How can I solve this problem?

It's a Magisk module. It will only work when installed via Magisk, which also means your phone must be rooted: https://www.xda-developers.com/how-to-install-magisk/

If you don't know if your phone is rooted or what that means, you need to google how to root your phone. It's not likely to be an easy process if you've never done that before.

Like Jon said, you have to:

• Root your phone
• Install Magisk
• Install NFCScreenOff from Magisk application
