Stop spamming requests, read the error. the repo doesn't have any module in it. that's not going to work.

Also John isn't accepting modules into the repo anymore.

Created responsibility in github and added module zip as a release so why that bot couldnt accept it?

because you can't use a tag, the files have to actually be in the repos root dir in the correct module format. Please read the developer guides as pointed to in the readme...
