Not working in Android pie #1

Hi, thanks for this module. This module is not working on android pie kernel version 4.9.188 and magisk version 19.3.I checked it on android oreo and it work but when I flashed a pie based rom it isn't working

Please Update. This is must needed module. It used to work on Android Oreo perfectly. Since most roms are now pie based, this module isn't working.

Android Stock? Which devices?

I tried in a MIUI phone Android 9 with 4.4153 kernel and seems its works.

After a little investigation. Some roms with 4.x kernel doesn't have WCNSS_qcom_cfg.ini file,to edit the file to disable WiFi
