The ISO14230 implementation had an error where 'print' was used instead of 'write' which prevented that mode from working because it converted each byte to ASCII-encoded numbers. Some timings have also been changed slightly.
This fixed version has been tested on a real vehicle.
Changelog shows old date because I worked on this a while ago and only now got round to contributing it.
