Idea: Add pollution pumping #19

Just had the idea it would be fun to be able to pump some of the polluted air through pipes or into a liquid trains to dump it somewhere else.

To be not too cheaty, I think there must be about 1 full pipe for the small, 2 for the medium and 3 pipes for the big factory.

Not a bad idea, but I would suggest to add a chimney (incl. a research for it) which adds vents (intern) and a chimney (externaly) to the building where you can then add pollution filters (maybe with other mod compatibality) to reduce the pollution (but not under 20% I would say).
