Cannot create new Factory Buildings in an imported game #53

I've been playing Factorio 0.16.51 with Factorissimo2 2.2.3 - everything was working smoothly. Now I've upgraded to Factorio 0.17.79 with Factorissimo2 2.3.10, and though the mod is active it is not possible to create new Factory Buildings in the upgraded game - there is no such icon in the character toolbox. Existing factory buildings are usable, I can mine it and build back. The technology tree has all needed items researched. I'm not sure whether the issue happens in a new game.

The steps to reproduce:

  1. Save the game from Factorio 0.16.51 with Factorissimo2 2.2.3, where Factorissimo2 technology is researched.
  2. Load the game into Factorio 0.17.79 with Factorissimo2 2.3.10 - it is not possible to create new factories (BUG).
