Mayur email 26/09/19: "...b) Contradictory Results in PS calculation by WW App.pdf – We have come across contradiction while comparing calculation of WW App v/s Max Frank software v/s TCC excel spreadsheet. I suppose the issue is with face perimeter value i.e. uo = 0mm. I am aware that we are not using concrete centre spreadsheets but study was carried out at our end as I was not convinced with results. Please correct me, if I have understood it wrong..."

u0 was not being calculated properly. There was a bug in determining the reduced column face taking into account holes. Now fixed.
