User Stories does not follow Target User Profile

Developer guide stated a User Story of a nurse who wants to user Doctor Duke to monitor when their patients get the medication

However the target user profile is people who want to get diagnosed with the mild illnesses without visiting a GP. This is contradicting the user profile as a nurse is not under the target Users.

We generate user stories to implement features, thus we expanded the scope of user stories to parties related to our user to generate more features for v2.0 to better suit our target audience

Reason for disagreement: If generating User Stories for different Users were used to implement new features, The target audience should be more specifically highlighted in the developer guide.

According to your developer guide, It is specifically for people who want to get diagnosed.

If you really want to use these new User Stories, you should include "Medical Staff" in your target audience, who "wish to help these people who want to get diagnosed quicker". Otherwise these User Stories would not make sense to the developers who look at your developer guide
