Add song queuing #22

Feature moved from the 1.3 release to the 1.4 release.

Before starting work, figure out how to best update the API to allow for a queuing system that makes sense within the context of the current API. We want it to be backwards compatible but to be fluid and easy to use.

Song queuing has been relegated to a low-priority enhancement in light of all the issues recently discovered. This is best saved for a future release.
