AcqOffset in mm (coherent with acq.fov) #121

I didn't see a specification about the units in ismrmrd format but it seems mm is the units used in example : https://github.com/ismrmrd/ismrmrd/blob/1b260407a69195a6666844e9706ff20ba965ef29/schema/ismrmrd_example.xml#L26

I can acquire a new 3D FLASH datasets with an offset along multiple axis and replace our 3D_FLASH used in the test ?
