Thrown parrot eggs are not hatching #27

I have it running on my server, but cannot hardly get a fertilized egg. I went in and gave myself one through the command, but even in creative I cannot get the thrown fertile egg to hatch. Is there some way I can adjust the hatch chance? I appreciate you having worked so hard on this!! Hope you're able to stay safe out there!

Thank you for the kind words. Life has been crazy, but I am back to working on my plugins and will look at this.

All of the percentages are in the config.yml To get a fertilized egg you have to feed a parrot that has a mate within 5 blocks. Having said that - I just tested with the latest build of purpur and I am not getting any fertilized egg even when set to 100. I will continue looking into this and update when I have more information.

Fertile eggs should have 100% hatch rate. I wrote this for 1.12 but testing on 1.16 fertile eggs are not hatching at all. This is sort of two bugs. Going to split this into two issues.
