Dependence on unmaintained easyLift #7

The easyLift dependency is quite old code that lacks DOI and proper version releases. It would be better to use something that is actively maintained (e.g., Bioconductor's easylift).

Thanks for the suggestion. We noticed that easyLift caused a problem before. Will check the Bioconductor's easylift!

@mfansler FYI the update with fix of installation (removing ggtree basically) is in dev branch but not tested yet. Would finish the release next week.
