NumericUpDown input values #3847

Describe the bug

When you enter values ​​in the numericupdown field, it is possible to add text in addition to the number

Steps to reproduce

Expected behavior

you cannot enter anything except numbers and separators.

Actual behavior

You can enter any character.

MahApps.Metro version: v2.0.0
