Issue with foreground color on Rich Text Box (Win XP) #774

The Rich Text Box foreground is black when using the Dark theme. This causes the RichTextBox to be very hard to read/edit.

@hurycane i tested now with windows xp and everything looks good (with my latest changes in #771 )

The fix works for RichTextBox and ListBox. The os configuration is very different from the Win 7 PC. It might be some patch or a weird video driver that's causing the issue. Unfortunately, I'm unable to remove anything from the PC. Thanks for looking into this and making changes right away.
