Add a dataset to curatedAdipoChIP #1

Hello, I would like to add a dataset to the curatedAdipoChIP but I don't know how to do it. I have a dataset (affymetrix) with 3 samples at 12 days of differentiation and 3 others from a co-culture. Could you please help me to do that?

Hi @Bio-data-tricks Thanks for reaching out. To be honest this package is not designed to be extended with new datasets. That said, you have in the inst/scripts all the code needed to rebuild the dataset from the fastq files. Once you update the runs.csv file with links to your samples, they will be included and processed with other samples. There is no guarantee however that the code would work without some tweaking here and there.
