I recieved the following comment from CRAN upon submission for the first time

Please only use + file LICENSE for restrictions to the GPL-3 and only include the restrictions.

In reply, I need not add any restrictions on GPL-3, so

License field in DESCRIPTION was modified to include only GPL-3. And the LICENSE file was removed 3ca5a5ac62b5938c63b7364cdb5fe458db907a29
