Gem files will remain installed in c:/RailsInstaller/Ruby2.1.0/lib/ruby/gems/2.1.0/gems/wdm-0.1.0 for inspection. This is odd. I can install 0.1.0 on ruby 2.1.5 (32bit) without problems. Could you post the output of gem env?

I can't reproduce this issue. Could you try installing the latest version (0.1.1) and see if it fails?
