is there option to make it auto start-up and apply settings automatically?

It would be possible but I don't know if it's really good to do it this way...
Let's see how many users star this issue and I take a look on this...

Maybe not built in but extending ME with an Intent listener and making a second
app
that can start any intent after boot ;-)

it would be a good solution
or you can add an option on/off on startup, less app - better

MY concern is performance, as less onboot listener as better.
If every app has an onboot listener, it could cause performance issues on
bootup and
because of that I'm thinking of a seperate app, so just the users that want this
feature have a listener.
The extra app could be uploaded to market and linked in ME so if you want to
enable
it and don't have installed the bootup app, it could direct you to the market to
install it and the options could still be set in ME...

I think the best way is to create a second app that does it, basically an app
that is
just a service and calls ME to change the settings after boot and just the
people
that need this feuture have to install it so no performance issue for users
that dont
need this ;-)

nope, didn't had time for it, also working on allowing non root users to buy
apps in
Market somehow... needs some more reverse engineering of the market app
But I accepted the request and I wil consider it in Version 4 that another app
can
send an intent to MarketEnabler and do the changes in the background ;-)
