nicer console debug message

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. when goog.debug.Console logger is used.

Nicer output

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Window, chrome browser

Please provide any additional information below.

Since, webkit and IE are supporting window.console, the flag, 
console['firebug'] should be removed in line 102 or console.js, so that nicer 
output be generated. Currently it is available only in firebug.
