colormenubutton example is missing css links

The colormenubutton demo doesn't show the color menu popup when clicking on the 
buttons

When adding the following css files I can see the color palette but it's placed 
on the bottom left corner so there is still something missing
<link rel="stylesheet" href="../css/palette.css" />
<link rel="stylesheet" href="../css/colorpalette.css" />
