Theme changes do not automatically reload #3

Step 1. Changed theme to light theme Step 2. Exit the Application Step 3. Enter the application and greeted with dark theme

This poses an inconvenience to a user like me who wants to use light theme for better visibility. I will have to enter the command to change the theme whenever I open up the application

This behaviour is specified in the UG:

It is a valid feature flaw but would require significant effort to implement (we know this because we initially tried to allow the theme to be saved as user preferences but failed). Given that the application theme is only a cosmetic issue, this was deemed lower priority and deferred to future versions.
