This matter is already covered in the "Planned Enhancement" section of the DG. In the UG, the documentation is complete, as the correct behavior is already specified for individual commands in the UG. They are not known "issues" as they are not "issues", it's just an enhancement that would improve user experience through consistency.

When using the delsc command myself, I wanted to hifhlight the inconsistency since it was not in the user guide known issues, but upon looking at the developer guide planned enhancements, I realised that this was not brought up in the user guide.
This should be brought up in the user guide as the inconsistnecies in the delete commands may be very confusing to users, and was not highlighted in the feature as well.
