Developer Guide not updated from AB3

All diagrams and model references reference to person class. However, since there are 2 persons, patient and specialist, these diagrams must showcase them inheriting from the person class, and since we cannot instantiate a person, must be in term of patient/specialist, otherwise the guide seems very abstract.

Diagrams does not have to show all details of the app. The current version provides sufficient information to other developers for a high level overview of the Model component.
