What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Using Windows 7 64 bit
2. Open Device Manager, or Windows needs confirmation on software installation.
3. Lose scrolling capability.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead? Should continue to be
able to use the mouse, can not. The Wifi connection appears to still be
connected.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? Newest
version of Website and Market, Win7 64.
