3 weeks ago - Referee has full access to penalties section and games/players management (can cancel games and generate seatings, can add replacements).
- Referee is not a player in event by default. If referee is going to play, they need do be added to players list explicitly.
- Referee can't add other referees or change event settings.
- Bot notification triggered by "Call referee" button should go to referees list (instead of admins list).
