Example: daisangen+tsuiisou Now the whole payment is divided between pao player and player who discarded winning tile in case of ron, and all payments are done by pao player in case of tsumo. This is incorrect - only daisangen should count for pao.

Fixed in https://github.com/MahjongPantheon/pantheon/commit/298fce4c468c1e60aac487a85f8f3b8643b9a518 (rough workaround)
