I am adding the Chinese version of Readme doc and would proceed to locale soon.

One question, I am not sure what sashikomi_yakuman means and I cannot find where it is implemented. Is there any explanations or examples on this?

Also, you may want to change the output demo in the doc into our new style.

sashikomi yakuman is optional rule that if enemy deals into your open riichi it is considered a yakuman
