Palette colors 0 and 1000

0 should be pure white and 1000 should be pure black. It's used by various apps in various places. Changing it might ruin user interface. May I ask why are you trying to change it?

There are some apps that have a monet/dinamic theme, in which I would like the elements to look different, as well as text on the device itself that depends on 0 parameters, and some background on 1000 parameters

In Iconify, this can be changed, just like in other similar ones. But unfortunately, their changes do not work correctly on the A14(Due to changes in materialcomponents)
