bad translation from english to french #141

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. in english it says (incl.tax)
2. and in french (incl. d'impôt)
3. What it should say is (taxe inclus)

Is it possible to change one formulation of translation or add a specific rule 
to bloc that error?

I think the Google Translate webpage has an option for suggesting better 
translations.

You could override the translation results yourself, it's not something we're 
likely to add the Java wrapper.

I think the translation service webpage does have a form for suggesting better 
translations.
