Fixes the following bugs:

Subtask creation and deletion (with styling)
Comments, Attachments and Detail Accordions
Fix comment edit and delete
Fix issue transition after create
Prevent subtasks from being created for subtasks
Fix some sprint handling
Fix creation of issues with epic links on jira server
