Zooming uses current mouse position as focus point

Issue: #851

Description

• Resolving: Zooming centers on the middle of the map rather than using the current mouse position as the focus point.
• codeMapMouseEventService tracks the cursor position.
• cameraZoomFactorEffect directs the camera toward the cursor position with each zoom action.
