Feature request

With #611 we added the feature to persist notes in the cc.json custom configs.

Description

When preparing for an audit it is cumbersome to go through all buildings that have notes attached to them and copy them manually into a "report". What if we provide a simple export to markdown feature for notes?

• The first heading is then the name of the project.
• Directly below that is a short written project summary with createdOn and the file count per extension and folder count.
• Each file with notes gets its own sub-heading. Each note gets a bullet point and the metrics that where active while making the note.
