Renovate: @typescript-eslint.* packages do not get updated #182

For some reason, the @typescript-eslint.* packages do not get updated by the renovate bot, but are severly outdated, which causes conflicts with other dependency updates like #159

Issue obsolete as renovate just added those dependency updates automatically, see #116
