Add documentation for Go

Closes: #310 Closes #222 Closes #321

Description

Add Go documentation
Adjust and add tests
only counts interfaces and structs for classes metric (solved #222)
count interface method declarations and function literals for functions metric
allow CR and LF endOfLine to ease the using of xo on Windows
Definition of Done

A PR is only ready for merge once all the following acceptance criteria are fulfilled:

[x] There are automated tests for newly written code and bug fixes
[x] Documentation (README.md, UPDATE_GRAMMARS.md) has been updated
