Fix: Repair all broken tests #372

In the previous issues we added many tests to the c-sharp dependency tests. Some of them are red. Fix those tests:

[x] static using
[x] static class using
[x] static system.console.writeline using
[x] type conversion
[x] chaining method calls
[x] global classes without namespace
[x] global namespaces without import
[x] generics
[x] multiple types in a file

Those are own Issues now:

[ ] enums
- [x] Should a usage of an enum in a class result in two relationships or in one. If one: Relation to class or to enum?
- It should result in two relationships.
[ ] extension method

Decided to make own Issues for enums and extension method since they are more work and more like features than bugs: Enums: #375 Extension method: #374
