fixed "Write to SD failed" #7

changed upload to read firmware version and based on the version <330 using only 3 blocks at a time on USB. added also -b block_size option on command line. updated libusb to 1.0.20

attention: the OSX/up3dtranscode binary might not be the one to push, please don't use. Not sure how to reset this from this commit.

Somehow the pull request is a big mix of your master branch. When creating the pull request check that you select the intended branch (I guess it was block_size).

I manually added some of your changes and a fix for 3 blocks max for the <330 firmware version.
