pub get Resolving dependencies... Because hello_flutter depends on flutter_local_notifications ^17.0.1 which doesn't match any versions, version solving failed.

You can try the following suggestion to make the pubspec resolve:

Consider downgrading your constraint on flutter_local_notifications: flutter pub add flutter_local_notifications:^17.0.0 Process finished with exit code 1
