[x] Verify dumper
[x] Script symlinks
[x] Script permissions
[x] Init script -> SystemD
[ ] Publish mc-exim to repos. Can wait for Beta. DMARC, etc. are temporarily disabled.
[ ] Pin Exim package so that upstream upgrades can be tested

For Alpha, we will be testing with Debian's exim4-daemon-heavy which is missing a few features. Closing this issue, since that version of Exim works, then will open another for mc-exim.
