Hi Folks!

This PR includes a translation of the "Getting Started" code from Objective C to Swift.

I've also included a link to the Wiki which includes the same example in Objective C.

If it's important to have both (after all, Mailcore2 itself is written in Objective C) I'm happy to modify the PR to include both.
