Add SOAP protocol support #1

Currently clj-stingray talks REST to Zeus MultiSite version. If MutliSite is not available it could use SOAP as a fallback choice. Currently thinking of make good use of https://github.com/aterreno/soap-stings.

Is there any update from Ops about availability of REST in new Zeus? Last time I talked to Neil about it (before Christmas) he said they were waiting for new hardware to install a new Zeus which would again support REST. Thats the reason I stopped working on https://github.com/MailOnline/mol-backup-tools for now, waiting for the new Zeus.

Not sure when that will be available (I spoke with Neil 6 months ago). For sure we need it now with the two clusters deploy.
