videojs-vast-vpaid with videojs-youtube, ad not being played #140

I tried to get videojs-vast-vpaid working with videojs-youtube. The Youtube video does play, however the ad doesn't.

The error I get in the console: Uncaught VAST Error: VAST Error: on VPAIDHTML5Tech, invalid container HtmlElement (VPAIDHTML5Tech.js:52)

AD ERROR: VAST Error: timeout while waiting for the video to start playing VASTError {message: "VAST Error: timeout while waiting for the video to start playing", code: 402} undefined

Am I missing something and does anybody have any idea how to get this working?
