.p7m extension filename rule #518

I propose to add allow \.pdf\.p7m - - or more generic allow \.[a-z0-9]{3}\.p7m$ - - in filename.rules.conf https://file.org/extension/p7m

With a p7m being an encrypted file, I do not want to let these through by default.
