feat: hotkeys to rate desired amount of stars directly #12

Hey,

thank you for Song-Rating. <3
I need to directly rate tracks with a specific amount of stars via hotkey. So I've added the function to do that:

by default 2020-09-12 at 21 58 07

It's been years since I've developed Objective-C and never something in Swift. I feel it could be a bit refactored as it feels verbose. Feel free to edit directly here or let me know what I can improve and I'll do my best.
