Thursday 10/13 update:

Re-downloaded all files in the reference library resources folder to be up-to-date, and went through the spreadsheet of resources to find all that had searchable species lists.

Currently have added: Fishbase (All Fishes in Gulf of Maine) PlanetMicrobes sample SAMEA3275588 and SAMEA3275586 (all taxonomy) Maine Damselfly and Dragonfly Survey (all records) Maine Biota Project (all categories) Dearborn 2014 - The Ground Beetle (Coleoptera: Carabidae) Fauna of Maine, USA

In Process: Checklist of Maine Spiders Moths of Maine Maine Bumblebees Maine DACF mosquito lists Bigelow and Schroeder's Fishes in the Gulf of Maine Butterflies and Moths of North America GBIF simple taxonomy results GoM reference sequences (multiple sheets) Terrestrial vertebrates northeast Fishes of Maine UMaine herbarium collection record (and more)

Are we keeping reference species lists here on Github or through our dropbox folder? Oh I see that there will be a /data/ folder here on Github. Beth - were you going to make that or can anyone (like me) make it?
