Inserting images in notes not working #464

Use storage APIs to upload images, then need to reference in notes content

inserting images is working in noted, it's just that we haven't added the ability to upload an image, only linked images are allowed, so I'm going to close this and open a new issue as a feature enhancement instead of bug
