Chat formatting not working properly #127

Describe the bug Config fails to read any other formatting for chat messages besides <{displayname}> {message}

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Set anything different from <{displayname}> {message} in field chat-formatter:
Reload plugin
Error occurs and config is reset

Expected behavior The formatting is succesfully parsed and used

Server Implementation: Paper
Minecraft Version 1.19.4
Java Version 17
Plugin Version 3.1.1
