More dockbar customization

ability to use dockbar as default instead of classic menu
ability to arrange icons alignment (left right centered) when in small number
ability to add a flexible space
ability to add one or two icons in the dockbar (for ex. leading to app drawer) 
in a fixed position (left/right) leaving oter icons free to slide

Yes i do want dockbar as default....
and may be changeable scrolling speed

I'd like to add: ability to set icon spacing in the Dockbar.  By default it 
fits 6 apps at a time max, and I'd really like this to be 7 (or even 5) so I 
can keep my App Drawer button centered (and eliminate the classic dock 
entirely).  Basically like Zeam does it.
