Filter list of apps in catalog creation #334

In the dialog for selecting apps for a catalog it would be nice to have an 
option to only show those apps which are not in any other catalog.
This would make it much easier to organize all apps in catalogs.

This feature can be seen in "Apps Organizer", but it makes more sense to have 
it integrated in the launcher.
